These lil golden nuggets require just 5 ingredients + 30 minutes and can be made either in the air fryer or on the stove-top (swipe left for tunes + recipe reel .They’re the perfect snack to our sip as we wrap presents tonight, and would make a great addition to a holiday appetizer table!
Ingredients:
grain-free • gluten-free • keto-friendly
1 head cauliflower, riced
1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg
1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Begin by sautéing the riced cauliflower in 1 tablespoon avocado oil for ~5 minutes, or until soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, and salt. Add hot cauliflower rice to cheese mixture, and stir until well combined and incorporated.
Using your hands, form 1-inch tots. {STOVE TOP} Pan-fry in 1 tablespoon avocado oil, until crispy. {AIR FRYER): preheat oven to 400 F and air fry six minutes per side. Serve ketchup with r garlic aioli for dipping!
