•1 cauliflower head (cut into pieces and blanched) season with salt’n’peppa to your liking
•2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
•1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, mixed with 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
•3 TBS butter
•1/2 cup heavy cream
•1 TBS yellow mustard
•Granulated garlic powder to your liking
•Salt’n’peppa to your liking
Melt butter in pan, add heavy cream, bring to a simmer, add in your two cups of shredded cheese a little at a time until melted, add your seasonings and mustard mix well.
In baking vessel of choice, place your blanched and seasoned cauliflower pieces in, top with cheddar sauce and top with mozzarella and cheddar mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese is melted & cauliflower is tender.
